You can return the product(s) without giving any reason up to 14 days after receipt of the order (unless the product was specially ordered for you).
You can do this by sending an email to fanshop@patrickvdhoeven.nl after which you will receive a confirmation from us. The product(s) can only be returned unused and in the original undamaged packaging and accompanying invoice. For returning the order, the return costs are for your account.
After verification, a credit note is created.
We will credit the amount within 14 days. If the corresponding invoice is not attached, we cannot process your return.
